Graphical notifications

If there is new unread data in a Box, it will be displayed as well as the number of files in the Box overview. A Box with new data is always displayed on the top of the list of Boxes.

• List view: new data is displayed in a blue circle.

• Grid view: new data is displayed on the tile by data type.

Within a Box, the folder containing the unread document appears at the top and in bold. If this folder is marked as read, it will be re-sorted according to the sort order you have specified.

Within folders, new files appear at the top and in bold. If you mark this file as read, it will be re-sorted in the order you have specified. You can change the sort order in your personal settings.
